Terms of Service

✅ 1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Zentix™ ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Platform.

These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and anyone who accesses the service.

🤖 2. Service description

Zentix™ is a SaaS platform that enables businesses to create, train, and deploy artificial intelligence agents for customer service, lead capture, appointment scheduling, and automations across multiple channels including:

• Embeddable web widget
• WhatsApp (via Twilio)
• Telegram
• Dashboard with CRM, calendar, and sales pipeline
• Google Calendar integration

👤 3. User account

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password and account
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• You may not use the Platform for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• A person or entity may maintain multiple accounts according to their subscribed plan

⚖️ 4. Acceptable use

By using Zentix™, you agree not to:

• Use AI agents to send spam, fraud, or illegal content
• Attempt to access other users' data without authorization
• Intentionally overload the platform infrastructure
• Reproduce, duplicate, or resell the service without authorization
• Use the platform for activities that violate Mexican or international law
• Create agents that impersonate real people or government entities

🔗 5. Third-party integrations

Zentix™ integrates with third-party services to extend its functionality:

WhatsApp (Twilio)

• Requires your own Twilio account
• Twilio messaging costs are your responsibility
• Zentix™ is not responsible for Twilio service interruptions

Google Calendar

• Connection is optional and requires your explicit consent via OAuth2
• We only access calendar events (scope: calendar.events) and email
• You can disconnect at any time from Settings
• Tokens are encrypted with AES-256-CBC

Telegram

• Uses Telegram's free Bot API
• Zentix™ is not responsible for changes in Telegram's policies

© 6. Intellectual property

• The Zentix™ brand, logos, design, and source code are property of Zentix™
• Your content belongs to you — your AI agent data, configurations, leads, and conversations are your property
• You grant us a limited license to process your content in order to provide the service
• We do not use your content to train public AI models

💳 7. Payments and subscriptions

• Plans are billed annually according to the subscribed plan (Starter, Growth, Agency)
• Payments are processed securely through certified payment providers
• Prices may change with 30 days' prior notice
• No refunds are offered once the service is activated, except for verifiable platform errors
• Zentix™ offers a 7-day free trial with no credit card required

🛡️ 8. Limitation of liability

• Zentix™ is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied
• We do not guarantee that AI agent responses will be 100% accurate in all cases
• We are not responsible for losses arising from the use of AI responses without human verification
• Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for your plan in the last 12 months
• We are not responsible for interruptions caused by third-party providers (Twilio, Google, Telegram, etc.)

🚫 9. Termination

• You can cancel your account at any time from the dashboard
• Upon cancellation, your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days
• Zentix™ may suspend or cancel accounts for violation of these terms
• You can request an export of your data before deletion by contacting support

📝 10. Changes to these terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or through a notice on the platform at least 15 days in advance. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

🇲🇽 11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Mexico City.
