Data deletion

You can request deletion of your account, agents, conversations, contacts, and other associated personal data. We verify that the request comes from the account owner before processing it.

How to request deletion

  1. Write from the email address associated with your account.
  2. Use the subject Delete my data and include the account email.
  3. We will send verification and confirmation instructions.
  4. Verified requests are processed within the timeframe stated in our Privacy Policy.

Deletion may retain records that we must keep for legal, anti-fraud, accounting, or dispute-resolution obligations.
