plataforma de agentes AI.
By using Zentix™ you agree to the following terms governing the use of
our AI agent platform.

Al acceder o utilizar Zentix™ ("la Plataforma"), aceptas quedar vinculado por estas
Condiciones del Servicio. Si no estás de acuerdo con alguna parte de estos términos, no debes
utilizar la Plataforma.
By accessing or using Zentix™ ("the Platform"), you agree to be
bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use
the Platform.
Estas condiciones se aplican a todos los visitantes, usuarios registrados y cualquier
persona que acceda al servicio.
These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and anyone
who accesses the service.

Zentix™ es una plataforma SaaS que permite a negocios crear, entrenar y desplegar
agentes de inteligencia artificial para atención al cliente, captura de leads, agendamiento de citas
y automatizaciones a través de múltiples canales incluyendo:

3. Cuenta de usuario
3. User account
- Debes proporcionar información precisa y completa al crear tu cuentaYou must provide accurate and complete information when creating
your account
- Eres responsable de mantener la seguridad de tu contraseña y cuentaYou are responsible for maintaining the security of your
password and account
- Debes tener al menos 18 años para crear una cuentaYou must be at least 18 years old to create an account
- No puedes usar la Plataforma para fines ilegales o no autorizadosYou may not use the Platform for illegal or unauthorized
purposes
- Una persona o entidad puede mantener múltiples cuentas según su plan
contratadoA person or entity may maintain multiple
accounts according to their subscribed plan

- Intentar acceder a datos de otros usuarios sin autorizaciónAttempt to access other users' data without authorization
- Sobrecargar intencionalmente la infraestructura de la plataformaIntentionally overload the platform infrastructure
- Reproducir, duplicar o revender el servicio sin autorizaciónReproduce, duplicate, or resell the service without authorization
- Usar la plataforma para actividades que violen la ley mexicana o
internacionalUse the platform for activities that
violate Mexican or international law
- Crear agentes que se hagan pasar por personas reales o entidades
gubernamentalesCreate agents that impersonate real
people or government entities

que violen estas condiciones sin previo aviso.

- Tu contenido te pertenece — los datos de tus agentes AI,
configuraciones, leads y conversaciones son de tu propiedadYour content belongs to you — your AI agent data,
configurations, leads, and conversations are your property
- Nos otorgas una licencia limitada para procesar tu contenido con el fin de
proporcionar el servicioYou grant us a limited
license to process your content in order to provide the service
- No usamos tu contenido para entrenar modelos públicos de AIWe do not use your content to train public AI models

7. Pagos y suscripciones

- Los planes se facturan anualmente según el plan contratado (Starter, Growth,

- Los pagos se procesan de forma segura a través de proveedores de pago
certificadosPayments are processed securely through
certified payment providers
- Los precios pueden cambiar con aviso previo de 30 díasPrices may change with 30 days' prior notice
- No se ofrecen reembolsos una vez activado el servicio, salvo error comprobable de
la plataformaNo refunds are offered once the

- No garantizamos que las respuestas de los agentes AI sean 100% precisas en todos
los casosWe do not guarantee that AI agent
responses will be 100% accurate in all cases
- No somos responsables de pérdidas derivadas del uso de respuestas AI sin
verificación humanaWe are not responsible for
losses arising from the use of AI responses without human verification
- Nuestra responsabilidad máxima se limita al monto pagado por tu plan en los últimos
12 mesesOur maximum liability is limited to the
amount paid for your plan in the last 12 months
- No somos responsables de interrupciones causadas por proveedores de terceros
(Twilio, Google, Telegram, etc.)We are not
responsible for interruptions caused by third-party providers (Twilio, Google, Telegram,
etc.)

9. Terminación

- Puedes cancelar tu cuenta en cualquier momento desde el dashboardYou can cancel your account at any time from the

- Al cancelar, tus datos serán eliminados permanentemente dentro de 30

permanently deleted within 30 days
- Zentix™ puede suspender o cancelar cuentas por violación de estos
términosZentix™ may suspend or cancel accounts for
violation of these terms
- Puedes solicitar una exportación de tus datos antes de la eliminación contactando a
soporteYou can request an export of your data
before deletion by contacting support

10. Cambios a estos términos
10. Changes to these terms
Nos reservamos el derecho de modificar estos términos en cualquier momento. Los cambios
significativos serán notificados por correo electrónico o mediante un aviso en la plataforma con al
menos 15 días de anticipación. El uso continuado de la Plataforma después de los cambios constituye
la aceptación de los nuevos términos.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time.
Significant changes will be communicated via email or through a notice on the platform at least 15
days in advance. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new
terms.

11. Ley aplicable
11. Governing law
Estas condiciones se rigen por las leyes de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos. Cualquier
disputa será resuelta en los tribunales competentes de la Ciudad de México.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Mexico City.
